1. Who is responsible for your data
AI Assistent (aiasistent.site) is run by Hasky Labs, a Danish sole proprietorship.

Hasky Labs is the data controller for the personal data described below.
2. What we collect and why

We do not store the figures you type into the calculator or your AI questions in our database. The calculator runs in your browser. Questions are sent to our AI provider only to generate the answer.
We never see your card details. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe.
3. Who we share data with
We use these service providers (data processors) to run the site. Each processes data only on our behalf:
- Netlify: hosting and database (accounts, purchases)
- Anthropic: the AI model that answers your questions
- Stripe: payment processing and receipts
- Resend: sending password reset emails
Some of these providers are based in the USA. Transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
We never sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
4. Cookies
We use one strictly necessary cookie, aa_session, to keep you logged in. It lasts up to 30 days, or until you log out. We use no tracking, analytics or advertising cookies, so no cookie banner is needed.
5. How long we keep data
- Account: until you ask us to delete it.
- Password reset links: they expire after 60 minutes.
- Purchase records: 5 years from the end of the financial year, as required by the Danish Bookkeeping Act (bogføringsloven).
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to get your data in a portable format. You can delete your account yourself at any time with the Delete my account button in the sidebar. For any other request, email haskyLab@protonmail.com. We reply within 30 days.
You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet), datatilsynet.dk.
7. Security
Passwords are stored only as strong one-way hashes (scrypt). All traffic uses HTTPS. Login and AI requests are rate-limited to prevent abuse.
8. Not tax advice
AI Assistent is a preparation aid. It is not legal, tax or accounting advice. Always check with SKAT or an accountant before you file.
9. Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
